This course contains substantial Professionalism and Ethics material related to mental health and substance abuse issues. This course examines mental health and substance abuse issues faced by attorneys and when dealing with a client with an impairment. This course examines all aspects of dealing both with a client with a disability as well as working as a lawyer with a disability. This course covers working as an attorney with an impairment. The Course will focus on the Rules of Professional Conduct to guide attorney decisions and practice. The course reviews resources available to attorneys when dealing with a client with a disability. The course examines and identifies resources for lawyers dealing themselves with a disability.
