LA VETTA WILLIAMS has been practicing Illinois law since November 1990. In her passionate pursuit of career goals set as a 7-year-old girl, she has continued in the practice of law for the past 34 years with an emphasis in the areas of Employment Law, Probate Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and Corporate Law (both for profit and non-profit) litigation and representation. As a Real Estate Law practitioner, she has also served as an IL Title Agent for the past 27 years. Building healthy relationships among small business corporate clients has been a career long ongoing intentional practice. Many small business corporate clients have continuously retained Ms. Williams’ legal services for many years of successful outcomes and resolutions. Additionally, since September 2006, Ms. Williams has served the Circuit Court of Cook County, IL as an Arbitrator Panelist, hearing personal injury and property damage cases on a continuing basis. Ms. Williams, for the past two years, has been practicing IL law remotely after relocating to the State of Texas in March 2022.
